I’m trying to make a 480 x 360 animation into a 96x 96 animation. I saved it as .gif and made it on Jasc animation shop 3.
All the resizers i’m finding on the web make it very pixel-y and blocks out almost the whole animation. It also stops the animation.
Does anyone know a good animation resizer I could use?

Well the only thing i know is photoshop..Whenever you change that picture you’ll loose some quality if you use stuff on the web…thats why i use photoshop.
