mspace signs by panit shop pro x2?

well, i downloaded a trial of paint shop pro x2 by corel, and i was just wondering how to make the background of a photo a different background. like replacing it. i have my background image and stuff and i used the magic wand to cut out the picture that i want to stay there. so how do i get the background i want, to replace the areas i cut out with the magic wand? please help. and it’s only a trial, so the quicker responces the better.

The easiest way would be to copy the part you want to stay onto the new background.
