Where can I find good 3D Animation tutorials for Cinema 4D and/or Maya?
All the tutorial sites I’ve found are simply 3D “Modeling” sites. I’m trying to learn how to animate more. I know how modeling works but know nothing about like animations and such? Please help!

There is a plethora of information available if you do a little more searching. Keep in mind that although the tools are slightly different in each program, they all use the same basic setup. For the actual animation they are: Keyframes, Endomorphs, Deformations, Bones, Inverse and forward Kinematics.
Understanding the creation of parenting hierarchies is also key. More robust and totally free information can be found at your local library. When I was looking for really good animation tutorials, I actually had better luck at the library than from the Internet since the work was good enough to be in a book in the first place!
